The Two Week Process
Here is everything you need to know about what happens before, during, and after each project, what’s required of you in each phase, and what to expect from me along the way.
The Five Simple Steps:
01. Inquire
The very first step is to fill out the inquiry form once you are ready to start planning your week. In that form you can select which add-on services you would like as well. I will follow-up with you in 1-business day to schedule our call.

02. Prep & Onboard
This two week process works because good prep happens before we begin. In my follow up email you will receive instructions to start gathering inspiration websites & content before our call. I will provide a Copywriting Form to guide you through your writing, and a folder for you to provide photos.

Research and take notes of inspiration websites.

03. Kickoff Call
This 30 minute phone call will be the opportunity for me to get to know you. The vision for your business. The aesthetic of your website. The growth goals you are reaching for. Together, we will get aligned on everything.

Plan the basic use and pages for your site.
04. Week 1 - Guided Design
In week one your vision for your site will be fine tuned. This is where I will create and present 3 different mood boards for you to specify your aesthetic preferences. I will also walk you through different conceptual pages to “preview” your website style.

Give feedback on the concept maps.

05. Week 2 - Build & Launch
In week two your website will be under construction. This is when I will design, build, and optimize your website. You will receive a video walkthrough and feedback form to share your thoughts twice during this time. On Friday, we will call and launch the site together.

Day 1-2: I design and build your entire website
Day 3: You’ll receive a video walkthrough of your new website and a feedback form to fill out. You’ll submit the form by 9am Day 4.
Day 4: I will implement feedback you submitted and share another video walkthrough and feedback form. You’ll submit final feedback by 9am Day 5.
Day 5: We will have a scheduled call where I’ll make all final changes and prep the site for launch. If you are satisfied with the final product you will pay for my services and the annual subscription to Squarespace, and we will launch the website together.
